Would you like to apply? This is how it works:

Send us your application! Our recruiting team will get back to you within two days and either arrange an appointment on site or, if you prefer, a video call first.

Before this appointment, we will invite you to our internal Physio-Station App. There you will already find lots of information about us, the terms and conditions of employment, the interview and you will have access to our complete knowledge database.

During the appointments with our recruiting team, we will talk about our company, our teams, our structures and our everyday life together. We will go through the employment opportunities together and answer all your questions.

If we decide together that you want to become part of our team, you will set your start date and workload. We will then send you an employment contract by email.

As soon as this has been signed and you do not yet have SRC and BAB recognition, our specialists will contact you immediately and support you on your way to having your diploma recognised.

Before you start at our company, your station manager and therefore your direct superior will arrange a video call with you. In this meeting, you can get to know each other, clarify your questions and discuss your working hours.

During your first two weeks with us, your ward manager and your team will provide you with an induction programme. From the first day onwards, you will have a few patients to try out what you have learnt during your induction directly in practice. The number of patients you see will gradually increase over your first four weeks with us.
After two weeks your training is completed. Of course, all team members are always there for you if you have any questions, something is unclear or you want to know something again.

From the second week onwards, we continue to develop as a team. You will have a meeting with your ward manager every fortnight to clarify any questions or learn new things. We also have regular team meetings, team events and training sessions.

To be able to apply to us as a physiotherapist, you must have a recognised qualification. If you have completed your training in Switzerland, you will need a diploma from a university of applied sciences with a registration number (BSc or MSc) or a diploma with recognition of the SRC training qualification. If you have a foreign diploma, it must be definitively recognised by the SRC. To do this, you must submit an application form to the SRC, where you will receive the necessary information to submit an application for recognition.

After you apply to us, we usually start with a video call lasting around 15-20 minutes to get to know you briefly and answer your most important questions. We then meet at one of our locations to get to know you in person. Here you will get to know our practice, find out what we offer our patients and see what the atmosphere is like in the team. In a personal interview, we will clarify any questions you still have and discuss where your interests lie. If all the factors are right, we will arrange a start date and determine your workload. Then nothing stands in the way of a great working relationship.

Yes, we support further training with CHF 1000 and 5 training days per year. You also have a face-to-face appointment with your practice manager every week. The practice managers are therapists who have already gained a lot of experience. You can always discuss patient cases, treatment techniques or specialist topics with them. Our employees come from the most diverse areas of physiotherapy, which also creates an exciting exchange within the team. We also have a team meeting every three weeks, where we can all discuss patient cases together and the employees are informed about news in the company or in the team.

It is very important to us that we have a good time together and always treat each other with respect. For us, this includes open and direct communication. In this way, we can work together to ensure that we have a positive and pleasant atmosphere in the team. For our work with patients, it is important to us that the patient is cared for by the same therapist from the diagnosis to the end of their therapy. This is the only way to create a positive relationship between patient and therapist. This makes everyday life very pleasant for us.

As a physiotherapy practice, we attach great importance to diversity, openness and inclusion, as well as equal treatment and respect for all people, regardless of their gender or identity. Our services and job opportunities are open to all, regardless of gender. However, to ensure that our messages are clear, concise and easy to understand, we do not use gender in our posts. This is purely for reasons of readability and space saving, but in no way out of a lack of respect or disinterest in gender identities. In our physiotherapy practices, we honour the uniqueness of each person and foster an environment where different perspectives are valued.
